My wife, also a client, dragged me down to see Chris having witnessed me struggle with getting back into fitness, after a few years of doing nothing.
As a once active sportsman I was really struggling, adopting a 'hit and hope' approach, doing the odd run and evening press-ups.
Chris took me under his wing and built up my confidence, fitness and strength by implementing a structured programme built around consistency, enjoyment and hard work.
He has also introduced me to a new Friday ritual "fat arm Friday".
