Better coaching leads to better results

A Clients View...

Having Mr Peace write fun and adaptable workouts for me has made being a father of 2 with a high-stress job role more bearable. It’s given me the confidence to focus on myself and without that, everything goes to shit. Once I’ve had my early morning session or even late night on occasions I feel focused and function at such a higher rate.

He’s not polite for the sake of it, just tells you the truth and not what I want to hear, basically - he’s a taskmaster, the sessions don’t flog me which I’m experienced enough to know that just battering yourself and eating 14 pizzas isn’t good for the body. However adaptability on slow incremental changes throughout an appropriate exercise load is so much more beneficial.

It’s an honour to still train with him, even though I don’t see him, he’s always there motivating and checking in.

Chris gives realistic expectations of clients and understand that some days we don’t have 100% to give and thats ok.

If we only have 50/75% then still make us feel valued for showing up and doing something

He helps promote a healthy relationship between exercise and food, avoid creating complex plans with detailed macros and targets, support people as individuals and not as numbers.
Lastly, the bugger never gives praise or compliments so you know you did something extra good when you get one…

Well, where do I start and try not to take the piss out of this guy! I have been under his tutelage and trained with Chris for around 8 years. So there must be reasons why i chose to stick with him! Apart from being a top bloke with a questionable sense of humour, his knowledge is second to none. He invests in himself which then gets passed to his clients all with a smile! He totally understands that it’s not a one size fits all approach to coaching. He is very adaptable to whatever your capabilities are. He has great knowledge on injuries and can always get you working despite little niggles you may have. Whatever your goals maybe, he is the coach for you.

Cheers for everything you do skinny fella.

Lots of love your favourite washed up meathead

Chris is an amazing, motivational coach, who understands my needs for strength training and running.

He’s encouraged me to do a Hyrox event when I doubted myself, helped for 2x half marathons and helped me every step of the way with my training plan.

I mean every word and more, I’m the fittest I’ve been in years. All down to your coaching.

It was difficult not to write an A4…

I have worked with Chris for over 10 years.

Over that time he’s taken an out of shape, working dad and got me looking and feeling my best whilst being my fittest and strongest.

He managed this whilst also ensuring I had a great time and worked at a pace that was suitable for me at the time.

He’s great and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Just get your cheque book open ;-)

Chris is the right coach!

Listen to him, don't stress if you stagnate at a weight for some time and always push yourself…

Oh make sure your coach agrees to never doing Burpees… EVER.

My wife, also a client, dragged me down to see Chris having witnessed me struggle with getting back into fitness, after a few years of doing nothing.

As a once active sportsman I was really struggling, adopting a 'hit and hope' approach, doing the odd run and evening press-ups.

Chris took me under his wing and built up my confidence, fitness and strength by implementing a structured programme built around consistency, enjoyment and hard work.

He has also introduced me to a new Friday ritual "fat arm Friday".

The length of my penis has grown 23.47% since working with Chris.

Coincidence? I think not....

Jokes aside, my consistency has improved, my fitness has improved and I’ve even ventured into some fitness events over the last year or so.
